RecommendedWe are very happy with our awesome deal, low interest rates and the extra effort made to meet our short settlement time. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is while the people and broker are lovely people to talk too we found our broker quite hard to contact at necessary times. This meant our settlement was 3 days late. Thankfully all worked out ok and we are happy with our overall experience so far.
RecommendedAfter studying the home loan provider market for many months I decided to go with Reduce HL because they had the most competitive comparison interest rate as well as winning many legitimate awards. I checked reviews from non-biased websites and could not find a fault. The process took several weeks and the staff explained everything along the way. I now have the loan settled and have borrowed extra cash to start renovations.
RecommendedFantastic rates with option of an offset account. The application process is very fast if you've got your documentation to hand. Account managers are available and responsive when needed. Settlement was quick and painless. Happy to recommend Reduce Home Loans.

RecommendedReduce offer the best rate around without compromising on customer service. They keep in regular contact with you and help you through every step of the way. The fees are a little pricey but this is more than offset by the amazing rate so if you are looking for a mortgage of over 10 years...look no further.
RecommendedWhat a great company. I am always so confused when it comes to home loans, but Reduce Home loans communicated with me in simple language so even I could understand it. There were some communication issues along the way where a request was made by reduce but not received by us, so the application was stalled for a short while (hence why they only get 4 stars). But all in all one of the best companies I have dealt with when it comes to mortgages. We got a great rate and I am happy with the outcome.
RecommendedHi future Reduce Home Loans customer! We recently refinanced with Reduce Home Loans. Once the loan was setup I am very happy with the end result and the rate is highly competitive. TWO THUMBS UP! We did however have a couple of stumbling blocks along the way which caused the process to take quite a while, I think in the end almost 4 months from engaging Reduce til settlement.
