RecommendedOutstanding interest rate! We are very happy happy with the outcome. My only complaint was that once documents were sent, it was a little confusing about who I was dealing with. Reduce Home Loans are the face of the loans, Mortgage Ezy are who you contact re: settlement, and Adelaide Bank is the final destination..... but that final destination is the best rate on the market.
RecommendedBit difficult during the set up but once it is set, just enjoy the low rates for the rest of life :-). One thing you need to understand is that they provide such a low rate as they have to reduce their costs. Due to this, you don't normally get a help with application process as of being re-financed by big banks or through a Loan Agent but, those efforts are worth enough for the rates offered.
