Overall excellent on price esp as I wanted to deal directly with the company not through a third party. The only issue I had was sometimes different departments didn’t read all the details in my emails including photos of storage unit & drop off giving them as much info as possible & caused hiccups. The drop off guys messed around for 15 mins with the truck bc they didn’t read my instructions that the driveway wasn’t accessible due to trees & slope, and thought I was crazy bc I parked my car there to ferry items down which t... read more

Felipe Ferraz and Rafael were amazing. Incredibly professional and skilled. Took enormous care of my mid century furniture. Recommend them highly without hesitation. Will be calling them again for my next move.
