From first talking to Owen to completion of work he was always professional and courteous. Owen explained to me the problems I had and what I needed to do to fix the problem. He gave me different options and explained them all to me so I understood. I will be in the future if needing their assistance using this company again as it was a pleasure doing business with them. Napoleon came out to inspect a leaking pipe from our bath. He was VERY professional and explained everything he was going to do as part of his inspection. Napoleon provided us with a great report and what was required to fix the issue. After agreeing price and required repairs he was straight onto the job and repaired the fault in great time. Nathan did an excellent job installed new toilets for me today in Robina. They have really updated our bathrooms and made a huge difference.
