Logan from Reactive Plumbing and Drains installed my new HWS. Did a great job, got the hot water back on same afternoon. Clean and tidy job, offered us a few different options. Had a thorough knowledge of job.
Job number: 121014583 in Arundel. Josh arrived for the clearing of a drain which is shared by us and two neighbours. It had been blocked with concrete in two places when our garage was extended by the previous owners and the blockages had been causing flooding in the neighbours’ garages. Reactive plumbing was very responsive which was great. Owen came to clear a blocked drain. He was on time and very helpful. He explained what he would do, he did it and then provided me with a verbal summary of the problem. He then prepared 3 comprehensive options for consideration for further work. He cleaned up after he’d finished. I was very impressed with his professionalism.
Hi my name is Sam I recently had my hot water system replaced with a larger system on the 28/11/25. Very efficient on Thursday and came out within the hour. Job # 12101444, Jaidyn and Logan were both professional in undertaking the job at hand, giving me options in the different systems on offer and were clear in explaining what was involved.
