I live in apartment and had a leak coming from above. I spoke to my building manager who gave me numbers of plumbers but non of them replied so I contacted your company via text and received a call back immediately and arranged a time, all was good until my dr wanted to see me at the same time of my booking but your company bent over backwards to still fit me in that day. Finn, (Gold Coast) did an excellent job unblocking our drain yesterday. He clearly explained the process and walked us through all of our options. He was professional, polite, and very well mannered throughout the visit.
