Job number: 121014583 in Arundel. Josh arrived for the clearing of a drain which is shared by us and two neighbours. Reactive plumbing was very responsive which was great. Owen came to clear a blocked drain. He was on time and very helpful. He explained what he would do, he did it and then provided me with a verbal summary of the problem. He then prepared 3 comprehensive options for consideration for further work. He cleaned up after he’d finished. I was very impressed with his professionalism.
Hi my name is Sam I recently had my hot water system replaced with a larger system on the 28/11/25. Very efficient on Thursday and came out within the hour.
