had a mixer tap in the kitchen changed today , hot and cold tap , 30 minutes work and a $50 tap $715 fucken dollars with a pensioner discount , I was asking for my 94 year old mother it came down to $640 , 30 minutes to change a fucken tap , not happy never again
The worst service ever, and a total hard sell. Asked for a quote to replace a hot water system to be emailed through but they only wanted to go through it verbally and for us to commit on the spot. After I said i needed a written quote before I agreed to anything they reluctantly agreed to email a quote. I have call twice since asking for the quote but they wont send it though A very hard sell approach and I would strongly recommend that NO ONE ever use this Business
Had the plumber come out for emergency call on Sunday, $300 call out fee which was fair enough! 20 min tap change, equipment supplied by me. Then they charge a 75 year old pensioner $500 for labour. When this was questioned they said they would review it and refund some money… never heard from them again! I will never use them again and I will be telling everyone else the same!

I would have considered using them but once I experienced their total lack of consideration for a potential customer, then I will not even think about using this company and will pass on the negative aspects of their disregard for a customers instructions about their privacy.

Stop using magnets to promote your business unless the customer wants one.. receiving one in my letter box whilst wrapped in plastic envelope not only is this an environmental impact for you to produce it’s a hazard for the consumer and will end up in landfill!
We had a very good experience with Reactive Plumbing few months ago when Jack, the plumber came and fixed an issue for us. Earlier this week, our hot water system wasn’t working hence we called Reactive Plumbing again. Sam came over and immediately suggested we change the gas heater to continuous flow which would cost us $5k. All he did was look at the year the existing gas heater was installed.
