Andrew has an excellent appreciation of the real estate market. He is an excellent communicator and guides you through the real estate process step by step. A big advantage Andrew has is that he has a building background. Andrew does not treat you as just a number. He values your business and friendship and is genuine. I would recommend you use his services.
Andrew is a very knowledgeable agent and does his job amazingly! Wanted all parties to be happy throughout the transaction and if he didn’t know the answer he would get back to me nearly immediately. Also almost always answered his phone, which I find super important. Highly recommend if you’re looking to sell your property!
It has been very pleasant working with Andrew, due to his friendly, open and positive "can do" personality and his incredible level of positive energy. He has beeen great in adivsing how to give it "the best shot", and it worked. His professional and factual approach and his excellent work ethics inspire confidence, rightly so - Thank you, Andrew!
Andrew is very approachable and ready to answer all the questions
Very good knowledge, pleasure to do business with.
I found Rebecca to be very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate market in Darwin. Her ability to check and make sure everything ran smoothly was a credit to her.
Andrew was an absolute pleasure to deal with, very enthusiastic and forward thinking. Quick to respond and always keeping us in the loop in realtime. Andrew was professional thoughout all our interactions and really went the extra miles to acheive a great result we could not be more happy with his performance, we are thankful to have had andrew sell our home.
Andrew was enthusiastic and great burst of energy! There was not a single time Andrew did not go over and above to assist in the process of selling our home. We felt supported and informed the entire way. Andrew was knowledgeable about the current market and knew what buyers would be looking for. We would not have succeeded selling our home for the price we got without his help. I highly recommended Andrew Harding in selling your home.
A great guy, top bloke.
