Andrew sold our property in a very trying market (Over the Covid-19 period). He gives 100% effort, is friendly, courteous and goes well out of his way to accomodate opens. We have no hesitation on recommending him to others considering selling there homes.
Andrew is amazing! We were just about to put our money down to rent for another two years, almost committing to a two year lease when he convinced us that he could help us BUY. And he sure was right. From the word go he kept us in the loop , updated us on what was going on in the local property market, was available to meet with us at any odd time regardless of wether it was out of his working hours, connected us to a good mortgage broker etc. DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT HIM! He won’t disappoint!

My vote would 5+++ as a matter of fact I do not think that I have ever seen two people giving up so many Saturday afternoon to market an apartment ,especially in a negative market condition that would leave other people demoralised and down hearted. Sanj was not particularly attentive throughout the process but was satisfactory for the most part. That was until she dropped the ball in a major way regarding the settlement of our purchase which caused a large delay when she was aware we were under a time crunch. There were some external factors that contributed to this, but I believe they would have been easily mitigated had she followed up more promptly or paid closer attention to the process.
