I admit I did have reservations initially about his professionalism and competence but these doubts were completely unfounded. Andrew worked hard and was in constant touch with us and prospective buyers, he offered good advice and ensured we knew what procedures had to be followed both before and after the auction and sale. He helped us more than any other agent I have dealt with in the past and since.
Andrew is a very impressive and professional real estate agent that only others can aspire to. His communication and negotiation skills are exceptional. He is above all a very good listener and aims to help both the buyer and the seller. He also impressed because he built trust in us very quickly!
Andrew proposed an excellent marketing strategy and gave 110% in everything he did. He knew the market and sold my house within a timeframe I would never dreamt of. My only suggestion would be as new seller, more advice on what is accepted with handover, a checklist even to assist first time sellers. I would highly recommend Andrew and his team within the real estate industry.
