Andrew was a great communicator and very proactive realtor and was not afraid to answer any questions we had.
Andrew is enthusiastic and energetic, he has a high commitment to getting the best results. He is a problem solver, and makes things happen. This is the second property he has sold for us, and I would strongly recommend his services. Above all I found him to be honest and transparent.
Excellent. Andrews appraisal of our property was spot on.
Andrew is good at his job and he did an excellent job.
Andrew's knowledge of the market was spot on and kept me up to date through the whole process.
Andrew Harding is an absolute gun! He and his team are detailed, supportive, they know the market and went above and beyond to get my property sold. Nothing was ever too much trouble and my ‘silly’ questions were never dismissed. I cannot thank Andrew enough! He made what was previously a lengthy and exhausting challenge, a seamless and successful sale. I would highly recommend Andrew Harding and his team for the sale of your property.
Andrew did an outstanding job in finding us our first home. We had a long list of requirements including a preference for 'off market' and Andrew found us the perfect home that ticked all the boxes. A credit to the profession.
Andrew is a great agent. Having been jaded by previous experiences in selling property, Andrew restored our faith!! He communicated in a very knowledgeable but relaxed style with us, knew his stuff and worked so hard for us to get the best outcome we could expect in a difficult market. He was always very positive and upbeat and happy to try different approaches as they were needed. We’d highly recommend his services.
From the time we met Andrew his dedication in securing our property was excellent. He went above and beyond for us. We really appreciated his efforts in making it so easy. He was professional, considerate and communicated every step of the way. Thank god we found him first
