Andrew and Jacob were great at helping prepare the unit for sale as well with giving a very good appraisal so I went in with my eyes open to the true value of the property , the sale campaign went smoothly and was nice and fast , it was very nice to receive a sale price above the expected cost . The contact and being keep informed was excellent as I am in another State , I find Andrew very professional and good at his job , and also keeping things real and down to earth . Overall very happy

Ryan Rowsell was by far the most engaging and enthusiastic Real Estate Agent I have had the pleasure to meet, and I have met plenty over the years. It wasn’t to after the sale that we found out he was new to the game, but we never would have picked it. His professionalism is one thing but the way we felt during and now after the sale is what really got us!! Nothing was too hard, and wow can he negotiate. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
