Phong again sold another display home, 7 Brighton and on the same day he sold next door 9 Brighton Ave for full asking price. Again, great work! Director - Nostra Homes
Awesome support throughout and professional service. Hope to deal with him again in the future!

Thank you Sang! It was a pleasure to assist you my friend 😃
Trish was very knowledgeable but most of all honest. I would highly recommend Trish to anyone selling
Adrian was great to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way. He called after every open and followed up with a detailed report. We are thrilled with the result we achieved, way above our expectations.
Business response:
Thank you so much Janine! It was a pleasure working with your family and exceeding your expectations thanks 😃
Trish takes the time to understand the seller and their requests, while also giving good guidance on the market price and process. We have found Trish informative, friendly and passionate at all statges of the process and highly recommend her to those wishing to sell.
What a star! Trish was extremely helpful throughout the buying process, she would have an answer to all of my queries almost instantly before I even had a chance to put my phone down I would receive either a message or call addressing all of my concerns. 10/10 Thank you.
I would like to thank Adrian and the team at Ray White Craigieburn for the amazing job they did selling my home at auction.
With Covid restrictions stopping us getting to our home for most of the last year, it was time to reluctantly sell our beautiful home. We chose Phong as he lived locally and knew the area well, he works efficiently, gave good feedback and made the administration side easy.
Business response:
Hi Diane, Thank you so much for your business and your review. Happy to have achieved the best result for you and I'm glad you felt confident throughout the selling process with me - Cheers!
Adrian is not like any other real estate agent we’ve ever met. He is super friendly and approachable, with excellent knowledge of the market. His open and honest communication with us was just fantastic, and gave us updates throughout our campaign and after inspections, which really gave us peace of mind that our property was in the best hands. He is an excellent negotiator, and as a result we were able to sell our house much quicker than expected at a fantastic price. Thank you Adrian!!
Business response:
