Business response:
Hi John, Appreciate your trust and business from abroad and glad to have provided you with a great result in a timely manner. Cheers!
I Have 2 properties sold in the past 18 months by Andrew an Shayla. 1st sold beyond my expectations great work helping prep the property for sale. Daniel (auctioneer) .The team worked hard it sold above our goal. 2nd I wanted the same team Andrew Shayla Trish (auctioneer) The bar was set pretty high , covid was making me nervous, Andrew reassured me it it will be ok. They did it again WHAT A TEAM !! Can't thank them enough. Greg and Ingrid
We had an online auction. Trish was realistic and very calming. I wasn't let down by Trish or her team. I was met with professionalism and confidence, not just at the auction but with any communication we had with Ray White. Health & safety was always high on the list for visiting the property which we appreciated due to covid. Very happy.
Adrian worked really hard to get us the price we wanted. He is very knowledgeable and lets you know everything upfront. It was great to have him on our side and would definitely recommend him if you're thinking of selling your house.
Business response:

Phong is a reliable and professional agent. He has good knowledge of the project and suburb and therefore make our purchase decision easier with confidence. Phong carried out effective communications among developer, builder and purchaser, and follow up efficiently. Phong is also very patient in providing step to step instructions throughout the process in our purchase. We have no hesitation to recommend anyone taking on Phong's great service.

Hi Klaus, You and your wife have been a pleasure to work for. You both worked really hard to get the property ready and I'm so happy to have been able to get the job done for you. Wishing you all the very best in your new chapter! Cheers
Phong is very hard working and attention to details. He has made my purchase (from interstate) effortless and hassle-free. Phong is very efficient in communications and follow-ups (he even responded at nights and on weekends). He is also patient with my inquiries on all aspects re the purchase and is willing to share his opinions and guided me through. I highly appreciate Phong's good works done and I would recommend Phong's professional service to anyone and statewide.
