Adrian was a great predictor of the market in advising us of the best time to sell. He has now sold two houses for us with both sales exceeding expectations. Adrian is friendly, courteous & patient. Highly recommended.
Adrian’s knowledge was spot on and the timing was perfect. He has an excellent grasp of the market
We would highly recommend Phong due to his professionalism, caring and attention to detail. He is genuine and true to his word. When it came to giving us peace of mind, he was an invaluable asset in buying our property. When we began this process we had no knowledge and we were very nervous. Phong took us through the process and we are now at the other side thanks to him. We couldn't be happier with the result. Thank you Phong for all your dedication.

Thank You Phong, appreciate your guidance throughout the process and keeping me up to date with developments.
Business response:
Hi Silvana, Thank you for your kind words. Appreciate your business and trust, cheers!
Adrian gave me a very accurate assessment of the current market in the Craigieburn area. He assisted me in preparing the house for sale including areas of maintenance, furnishing and a sales video because the house was sold by auction during a lock-down period. He gave me the confidence to continue with the auction when I was unsure if we could achieve the sales goal that we set and we achieved a sale that was about 10% better than our reserve which was fantastic.
Business response:
