Phong was an excellent agent and helped us to sell our property at the price we were looking for. He was also very helpful and trustworthy in all matters.
Business response:
Hi Ria, Thank you again for your trust & your business. Happy to have assisted you in getting a great result for your property - Cheers!
We purchased our very first property this year. As a first home owner it was very daunting at first. Upon initial inspection Adrian was able to answer every question we had we found him to be very helpful. The the second we were successful at auction through to the day of settlement Adrian kept us updated and always responded to emails/calls within the hour. He is very prompt and and very knowledgeable and we couldn't of asked for a better agent to deal with throughout the process.
Excellent advice excellent knowledge
Business response:

Phong has provided excellent service from our first interaction. Phong has explained everything really well and has gone above and beyond to get things done in a timely manner. Phong has made my first experience of buying a home easy, as he has guided me step by step and made sure he was available if need be. I’m very grateful for the assistance, guidance and respect that I’ve been given by Phong. Highly recommend.

Adrian is an amazing agent, he was super helpful especially me being my first time entering the market and i had no experience, he helped me from beginning to end and was always available when ever i needed him. I recommend him 100% to everyone whether you are experienced or not in the market. He knew a lot of information about the market and is very knowledgeable.
Business response:
Thanks Ibrahim it was a pleasure to assist you buying your first home and thank you for your kind words 😃
Phong responded promptly to all requests and kept me updated on all open house inspections with a summary of feedback from the people viewing the property. He was diligent in his role as my representative and took the initiative to close the sale of the house prior to the auction day. Phong coordinated effectively with my Barry Plant rental manager to ensure that the house was presented a high standard to maximize the sale price. He is to be commended for his strong work ethic.
Business response:
