Phong sold this property within 2 days of launching it on the market for a great price and exceeded my expectations. Happy with the result and his efficiency to quickly convert an impressive & stress-free sale.
Interviewed a couple of local agents in the area but felt I had to give it to Phong as he has done some work for me in the past and communication & result have always been excellent. Not only was it a good decision but he got the job done using a great strategy plan and achieved $50,000 above my reserve during covid restrictions.
