Brad was top rate, he kept me informed at every aspect of the sale. Brad followed through with any questions in a quick and timely manner. I have purchased a few properties over time and by far this was the better experience. Great company to deal with highly recommend.

Local market expert. Great evaluation on price and attracted plenty of buyers to market. Was able to communicate to prospective purchasers what I felt for the area.

Tim was none other than amazing! He got our house on the market in no time and we had a buyer so quickly, it only took 1 inspection. Sold and settled quickly too. Tim was very easy to talk to, answered all my questions promptly and always updated us on what was happening. Highly recommend!

Thanks so much for your wonderful review Mirang, you have been fantastic to work with and we hope everything runs as smooth as possible with your new Build. Brad
We have interacted with Tim over many years, and he always provided honest advice and feedback. It was great to finally provide Tim with an opportunity to market and sell our house. Tim undertook a marketing and sales campaign that matched with our personalities and lifestyle. We could not have asked for a better approach from a real estate agent. Tim is also supported by a great marketing team - Jackson and Jotham. The end result was a record for our suburb. Thank you Tim and PH Property.
A fabulous experience with Brad who is very knowledgeable and experienced in the real estate industry. His communication was great and the process was smooth with an excellent outcome. Would highly recommend Brad for your real estate needs.
