Enormous thanks to the team of Brad Hinton and Chevez Evans for the recent sale of our property. This was an emotional sale for us but Brad and Chevez completed the sale quickly and seamlessly, and a great result was achieved. They stayed in constant contact throughout the process, offering knowledgeable advice and support along the way. We will definitely be using Brad and Chevez in the future. Thanks also to the entire team at PH Property. Always very friendly and helpful to deal with.

Thank you very much for the kind review, Brendan. I’m really pleased to hear the process felt smooth and that my local knowledge was helpful. It was a pleasure working with you and I truly appreciate the recommendation. All the very best with the new home.
Very happy with Chevez! Excellent to deal with. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. Any questions or queries we had were dealt with promptly. We requested an inspection which he organised very quickly to suite our schedule (Thank you!) and kept us in the loop with transparency the whole way through the process. Would definitely recommend and would happily engage his services again! Thank you for making the whole process easy and pleasant.

We recently sold our property with the help of Josie, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the very start, Josie was professional, approachable, and truly understood the local market. Her advice on preparing our home for sale was spot on, and the marketing strategy attracted a fantastic number of interested buyers. Josie’s genuine care and commitment made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Thank you Josie for helping us achieve a fantastic result.

Josie was very professional, up-to-date with the latest market, understanding and exactly 💯 with everything we asked from her. Would gladly recommend her services to anyone who is interested in selling or buying the new home.
It was a real pleasure working with Darren. His knowledge of the market, general advice (no question was too big or small), patience, authenticity and friendly approach made the process of selling my late father’s property so much easier. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Darren’s services again, or refer friends and family.
