Whilst we were looking for our new home Brad kept us informed of the property development and was professional at all times. He seemed to have great knowledge of the local market and was always clear in his communication, helpful and honest. We felt very comfortable with him and his team that we decided to use them to sell our house as well.
Business response:
Thanks so much for your review Sue. It is greatly appreciated. We all hope you’re enjoying your new home, it is just beautiful. Brad
Our family is very appreciative of the time and effort Tim gave towards the sale of our property. He regularly kept in touch with us regarding Bendigo land sales and subsequent conversations he had with potential purchasers. As there were some issues with easements and connection to sewage connection points etc Tim made many calls with purchasers and engineers in order to help resolve the problem. He was able to negotiate an outcome that was fair and that we were very happy with. Thank you Tim
Excellent communication- very honest approachable and professional.
Business response:
