Tim were above and beyond to sell my property. For me the quick sale was so important and Tim sold my property in less than a month with highest price.
Darren did a magnificent job tracking down a buyer for us for this property. The property suited an investor as it was a bit older but came with tenants who were it the property for 12 years and never missed a day's rent. There were a few false starts but with Darren's persistence and dogged determination he found us a buyer and we sailed through the settlement period with no problems. Thank you Darren.
