From a buyer's perspective I have only good things to say about Darren. He is professional, knowledgeable, genuine, hard working and always follows up when he says he will. He was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him to family & friends.
Business response:
Thanks for the review Jane, I greatly appreciate it. I'm sure you will be very happy in your new home and being close to family (and the new Grandchild) will be fantastic for you. I wish you all the very best going forward.
From first inquiry to unconditional sale, Darren was respectful, reliable, courteous, knowledgeable and committed to getting a good result. Darren was highly trustworthy and flexible in his approach. Would absolutely use PH Property again and Darren as our agent. Couldn't be happier.
Business response:
Phil and Jane - Thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful feedback. I'm thrilled that your experience was such a positive one. You have both been fantastic to work with throughout the sale. I truly appreciate your trust and support.
Tim was nothing but sensational through our entire process. It was a stressful time to be both selling and buying at the same time, but Tim was cool, calm and collected from start to finish. He really was our rock when we felt unsure, our voice of reason when we needed it most, and every interaction felt genuine and thorough. He’s been in this gig for a long time, he’s so good at what he does and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We’re forever grateful Tim!!
Darren was professional, friendly, a good listener and available to answer questions and provide updates always. I would highly recommend him as your go to Real Estate agent. Many thanks for a great job selling our house Darren.
Business response:
Joanne, thank you so much for your kind words and thoughtful review! I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to work with you and to help sell your home that has been in the family for 4 generations!! It was a pleasure to guide you through the process, and I’m so glad to hear you felt supported and informed every step of the way. Your recommendation means a lot, and I’m always here if you or anyone you know needs real estate assistance in the future. Wishing you all the best, Darren
Excellent. Professional. Approachable. Encouraging.
Josie was amazing to work with, being young and our first time buying everything felt quite intimidating. Josie however made it a fantastic experience her knowledge of the home and her kindness through out the whole experience made finding our forever home an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Josie to anyone looking to sell or buy. She was just amazing!!!
Josie was beyond helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my home, I was very impressed with Josie’s professionalism and hard work. I am very grateful to have had such a great experience, and would highly recommend Josie to others! Thanks again :)
In the past 12 months Josie has sold two properties for me. Selling a property can be stressful, however at all times dealing with Josie I felt well informed and up to date with the process, and any queries I had were answered with patience and respect, which I found very reassuring. Josie's professionalism and integrity cannot be questioned and her knowledge of the Bendigo property market is impressive. I have no hesitation in recommending Josie as a sales agent.
Both my wife and I were extremely happy with the service received from Darren. On requesting a private inspection on travelling up to Bendigo, he arranged it immediately and a negotiated deal was sealed within hours. Top marks Darren
Business response:
David, thank you for the nice words and for taking the time to write a review. Your new home is beautiful and I'm sure that you will be very happy there. You and Sue have been fantastic to work with and I wish you both all the very best of good luck.
