We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us buy our home than Chevez from PH Property. From the very first time we met him, Chevez was so friendly, genuine and easy to deal with. He made us feel comfortable straight away and was always so helpful, patient and happy to answer any questions we had. We never once felt like we were just another buyer — he genuinely cared about helping us find the right home and making the whole experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
Chevez was wonderful to deal with. What had the potential to be a very emotional process turned out to be very positive. Chevez kept me informed during the entire process. Property was sold in under 2 weeks. I would not hesitate to recommend PH Property and Chevez.
My partner and I had the privilege of selling and buying a property with Chevez. The commutation throughout both processes were unreal, prompt and well informed which helped in making decisions in a timely manner. Chevez went above and beyond past my expectations of a sales agents. I hope this review helps you in finding the right sales agent. It'll definitely be a business card I'd hold onto for future purchases/Sales.
Tim and the team were terrific in marketing and selling our property. Tim was very professional in his approach and kept in regular contact and was able to achieve a very pleasing result for us
Had a wonderful experience purchasing our house with Josie as the selling agent. She was incredibly lovely, reliable, and made the whole process completely stress free. Everything went smoothly from inspection to settlement. Thanks, Josie!
