The technician was very polite . Pity the parts are so expensive.
We had a lady come to perform our service, with stairs to overcome with her ladder and no hose on site to wash the return air filters, she did a fantastic job. Our system is quite large and a big job, she was excellent and would love to have her back next year.
I was impressed by the professionalism of the team who attended today. Including Courtney in the office, who was always available when I rang, & kept me informed prior to the scheduled repair. They were friendly, thorough & went out of their way to complete the repairs in full on the day, even collecting the custom made filter from across town, to then return to install it this afternoon!
