Excellent and thorough.
Great service from a lovely young woman who did a very thorough job.
The service I received today in relating to my air conditioner was excellent from Blake and his assistant. Very Thorough and explained what was wrong and that I may need a new unit and would advise office to follow up costs and forward info via email to me - Also Blake requested the office to look into possibly obtaining a part as a repair if possible.
The guys were punctual and checked all parts of the service
Well ,OK once I had rung to see what was happening. Just disappointed in a machine that was only 5 months old and not used excessively.
Technicians courteous and on time. Kept us well informed and fixed the fault.

The technician was great did the job well. i think the overall price was high as he replaced the control which could not be that expensive
