We had a lady come to perform our service, with stairs to overcome with her ladder and no hose on site to wash the return air filters, she did a fantastic job. Our system is quite large and a big job, she was excellent and would love to have her back next year.

I was impressed by the professionalism of the team who attended today. Including Courtney in the office, who was always available when I rang, & kept me informed prior to the scheduled repair. Ben was great. Came straight away and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately we need to wait for a new compressor but was reassured they would let me know as soon as they get one
