Aiden (I hope that I have correctly spelt his name) was very good - he clearly explained what he had done, set up the system properly and ensured that we know how to operate it. He is very careful not to damage our property, furniture etc.
Yuli arrived at the time expected. Did the usual checks on our old (2004) Panasonic Reverse cycle ducted air conditioner. Excellent service as usual thank you.
It was great to have a technician as personable as Yuley. She went about the job under wet conditions and explained anything required.
