Technician really knew the work and was very thorough. At the house 15A Karina Crescent my daughter's house he found that the cat hair in outside unit was impacting the a/c effectiveness. Suggested chemical cleaning. We knew this could be a problem but no-one ever suggested this before. Great work! Technician was very polite and careful when moving ladder inside the house. This was appreciated.
