Assessment and quote provided quickly despite computer and phone issues on the day. Booking made for first thing next day as it wasn't as urgent because I still had hot water. Plumber turned up on time as per instructions. Young plumber was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Finally I have decent hot water. Electrician organised. Unfortunately, the plumber should have cleaned up his handful of offcuts from the ground.

The plumber assessed the water leakage from the bathroom through the floor to the garage thoroughly & asked me to check where it leaks in the garage over the next two days taking into account where water sits/splashes in the bathroom after baths/showers, when/where it’s leaking through the floor to the garage, if it’s raining when it leaks & I have taken video of the leaks today as well so I will forward those videos to the real estate.
