The plumber arrived on time, assessed the broken shower fittings and just fixed it with new ones. Took him almost notice, and he left after cleaning up and took the broken parts away. Very professional!

Matt and Rob were prompt and did everything possible to resolve the problem, very friendly and happy to explain what they discovered with regard to drainage issues at my new rental. Sadly the fix will be much more than a blocked drain. I hope they get the job as I know it will be done properly.
