Your team arrived early, assessed the various issues and promptly tackled the toilet and shower intake issues to good effect. Rob assessed that the outdoor drainage issues would need a separate visit with appropriate equipment etc and promised a quote would be forthcoming. I appreciated him taking on board my request to exit to the patio via a door with mats rather than the sliding floor length window my husband initially opened, to keep the vinyl floor clean.
