The friendly and expert plumber (Jeremy) arrived on site very promptly after being requested to attend. Then remedied a problem that was not without complications quickly and efficiently.

We were informed of the date time of our visit. On the day he was to arrive we received a text advising his time of arrival. This is excellent customer service. We were explained by the tradesman what he was going to do, he listened to our concerns. After completing the work he fixed the problems and explained what he had done. Our bathroom was left clean and we appreciate that. The original plumbers had not installed the toilet correctly. Thank you for sending an excellent plumber.
