Appreciated the updated contact to advise timeframe when Plumber was able to carry out job. He was punctual. Also liked that I received a text to advise he was on his way. .Plumber was friendly and carried out replacement of tap efficiently. Had to pull out drawers to access but no drama. Left site clean.

I have had a leaking (running) tap for 3 months. Two other companies have come to look and left not fixing it saying they needed to apply to the body corporate to turn off the water in order to do so. This company came and had fixed it with 30mins. They didn’t take the easy option, they didn’t give up when it was hard, they kept looking and investigating until they solved the problem. I can now use the bathroom sink and sleep at night without the constant sound of a running tap. Thankyou.
