Malinda has helped us over the years selling 3 homes for our family, not only was the price right but she went far and beyond to keep us updated, no guessing straight to yhe point .Also helped us with stylist to achieve the best possible outcome.I would highly recommend her to future clients. The big thing is she knows the district better than others
Malinda was an absolute pleasure to work with. She’s a great negotiator who helped us secure our first home at a fantastic price. Throughout the whole process, she was professional, genuine, and someone we could truly trust. Her communication was clear and consistent, and we always felt she had our best interests at heart. We’re so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling.
Selena is truly the most meticulous, responsible, communicative, and sincere agent I have ever met. I felt completely at ease entrusting my property to her. She has a deep understanding of both buyers' needs and the unique selling points of the property, and she was able to accurately match it with potential buyers. In the end, the property was sold, and both the buyer and I were very happy with the outcome. Choosing Selena to sell my home was absolutely the right decision.
Malinda was instrumental in helping us find our next dream home. We knew the location of where we wanted to be but finding the right fit was going to be hard. Malinda's desire to understand our needs and aspirations was outstanding. She listened, investigated and explained everything, from what was available, as well as sneak peaks at what was upcoming. It made searching for our next home a pleasure as it was dealing with her. My partner and I could not thank her enough.
Malinda made the experience stress free for us and was the perfect combination of friendly and professional. She was highly knowledgeable, and had great instincts and insights that helped us choose the best way to market our property that suited all our needs. We are so happy with the outcome and know we couldn't have done it without her. Highly recommend her.
Deep market knowledge, an extremely attentive and hardworking agent.
We had the pleasure of working with Selena when selling our property, and we couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism, dedication, and expertise. She went above and beyond to market our home ensuring it was showcased beautifully and reached the right buyers. Her communication was outstanding always responsive and proactive in keeping us updated. What really stood out was her commitment to getting our home sold. We highly recommend Selena to any looking for a great real estate agent.
We first met Malinda at a rental OFI, where she impressed us with her warmth and professionalism. She took the time to understand our needs and found us not only the perfect rental but also our forever home. Her care, courtesy and effort stood out throughout our journey as both tenants and purchasers, as did her dedication to achieving the best outcome for all parties. Malinda's commitment to these qualities and the strong relationships she has in our community gave us complete trust in her.
Working with Malinda Martin for the preparation of the marketing of our home was a real joy. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble or effort for her in organising presentation of the property and we were absolutely blown away by the excellent photography that really showed our home in the best aspect. The open for inspections were also handled seamlessly and professionally and we were kept updated on details of prospective buyers. Malinda went the extra mile, happy to recommend her & McGrath
