Malinda knows the local market better than anyone. She worked tirelessly on our behalf, both in advising on how to present our house to best advantage and on marketing it via newsletters and her network. Malinda kept us updated at all times and was professional and personable in all her communications. Thank you Malinda for a successful sale!
Extremely knowledgeable and professional an expert in selling in Yarra Bend
Malinda was excellent exceptional knowledge of our area and couldn’t have been more responsive and helpful to all our questions etc
I first met Malinda when I inspected a property at Yarra Bend. She had genuine understanding of the precinct and its community feel, which was incredibly helpful when making such an important decision. From the beginning, she was transparent, responsive, and consistently professional. Malinda understood that this wasn’t just a transaction but about finding the right home and the right fit for our next chapter. I highly recommend Malinda for anyone looking at buying or selling.
We had a great experience selling with Malinda. She was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. As first home buyers previously, she guided us with clear advice and made everything easy to understand, and that same level of care carried through when selling. Professional, approachable, and highly recommended.
Malinda was a pleasure to work with, very proffesional and time efficient. From inspection of property to settlement and key turn over Malinda was always approachable and reliable. Anything i didnt know or needed help with Malinda either took care of herself or put me into contact with someone who did. Will definitely be using Malinda for future real estate ventures. Thanks again Malinda for a great experience and may 2026 be another great year for you and McGrath real estate 🙏
Could not be happier with Malinda. She said that she would sell my unit with in two weeks for the price I was asking, and she delivered just as she said she would.
Working with Malinda was an absolute pleasure — she brought deep market knowledge and genuine care to every step of the process. Her communication was clear, consistent and often went above and beyond (even outside business hours) to keep us informed. We secured a great result and I’d strongly recommend Malinda to anyone looking for a professional, trustworthy and effective agent.
Friendly, fashionable and gets things done in a timely and professional manner. Updating me without having to follow up.
Business response:
