Highly recommend Malinda. She made what is usually a stressful process as smooth as possible. Her detailed knowledge of the area and guidance throughout gave us complete confidence. Trusted her from the start.
Business response:
I’m so glad it wasn’t stressful and I helped make that a little easier. A great couple to welcome into the neighborhood
Malinda has been absolutely wonderful. She provided alot of helpful advice. She has always been ready to help me with any query I had, no matter how small or trivial. She helped make the whole process very easy. Thanks Malinda for selling our property. You have been an absolute delight to deal with. I wish you every success in the future. I would recommend Malinda to anyone in a heartbeat 🙏😊
Business response:
I loved doing this little one for you! Thank you for choosing me
Having rented in Yarra Bend for two and a half years, we knew this area was the perfect fit for us - and Malinda understood that from the very beginning. She listened, guided us, and found exactly what we were looking for. We truly wouldn't have discovered this townhouse without her. Phil and I highly recommend Malinda to any new buyers.
Business response:
And you’ve made it look so perfect!
Annie sold our property while we moved interstate, which she helped us source, she also made the process stress free with her control of the campaign. Annie was an absolute pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, a great communicator and negotiator. Thanks again Annie!
I had the opportunity to interview few agents prior to four of our properties, Annie and the team were so professional and honest from the very beginning. We received plenty of feedback throughout the campaign and got more than what our family expected. We also appreciated Annie’s the follow-up even after the sale of our home. We HIGHLY recommend Annie!
Annie went above and beyond to achieve us an excellent result. Truly an ambitious agent with a great sense of humor – highly recommend her!
Annie exceeded our expectations with her calm yet firm demeanour, we highly recommend such a professional!
Annie is exceptional! She spent 3 years supporting our family in preparation for the sale of our family home. She consistently stayed in contact, providing us with advice and trade quotes. When it came to the sale Annie seamlessly organised everything resulting in a great campaign with an exceptional result! Exactly how she advised it would go. Annie genuinely cares about her clients; she really is not just another agent.
