We rent a property through McGrath and have found their team exceptionally friendly, efficient and helpful. (Shout out to Molly and Adam) Repairs have been addressed efficiently. (also thanks to our very kind property owners) Molly always follows up with us to check on progress with tradespeople. Thanks very much guys! Recently bought a place and Vince Giarracca was the selling agent. It is probably a bit unorthodox to do a review of the agent selling to you but he was nothing short of incredible. So kind, communicative and so much integrity in what is a undoubtably stressful process. I'm sure the sellers were equally as happy with the outcome. Highly recommend.
