I have known Selena for five or six years. Before selling my property, I met with several agents and ultimately chose her. Throughout the sales process, Selena gave me many great recommendations. For every open home, she would arrive 15 minutes early to have everything ready — lighting scented candles and playing soft, welcoming music. She helped me successfully sell my home even in such a challenging market, and put all my worries to rest. I will definitely recommend her to my friends.
We appreciated how responsive and accessible Annie was throughout our search from Inspection requests to contract details, they were handled straight away. Thanks for making a complex process so easy for us Annie! We can't wait!
Selena got us a great price for our property. Selena was very helpful in the whole sales process, documents required etc. Selena also assisted in obtaining a conveyancer for us which made the whole process run hassle/ stress free. Highly recommended!
Malinda knows Alphington and particularly the Yarrabend development like the back of her hand. She was the only person I wanted selling my property. She got the job done for the right price very fast. Highly recommend.
Malinda was a great agent. She helped come up with innovate structures to accommodate my requirements and knew everything about the area.
Malinda was very easy to deal with throughout the purchase. She responded immediately to every question and made the whole process simple and stress free. Highly professional and very easy to work with.
Malinda is a pleasure to deal with. Extremely generous with her time, responds in a timely manner and a wonderful source of knowledge and information on the property which helped immensely. I would use Malinda to sell my property and would highly recommend her to others.
Very Good
