On first inspection, Andre said he was not able to do the job. A few hours later, after consultation with other staff Andre called to state they had worked out a solution to enable the work to be completed. Andre completed the work the same day, to a high standard. Andre was very polite respectful, provided me with great advice and information.
Andre replaced a light/fan/heater in a bathroom in Camberwell. He also reviewed and then updated a component of my switchboard and did a safety inspection, including of smoke alarms. He was timely, communicated well, solved problems, provided advice and left everything clean and tidy. Thanks Andre!

Jimmy called me and arrived within his estimated time frame. He listened to my problem He located and rectified the problem promptly and professionally. He explained what caused the problem and that all was now OK. He completed a safety check, including smoke detectors, and provided me with a written report. The guys from Kenner were excellent. Very thorough and explained each step of the troubleshooting process and the required solution. Would recommend and will definately use again.
