Jimmy called me and arrived within his estimated time frame. He listened to my problem He located and rectified the problem promptly and professionally. He explained what caused the problem and that all was now OK. He completed a safety check, including smoke detectors, and provided me with a written report. From the first phone call with Lisa, who was just lovely, who reassured me everything was going to be okay and sent someone out within 2 hours of my initial call. To Tim who happily arrived on time and assisted me with my horrid smoke detectors. Tim walked me through everything and was so lovely in explaining every step. He put my mind at ease. I cannot thank your company enough and I most definitely will be using you again. Once again my sincerest thanks 😊
