Excellent
Easy and very efficient Would definitely buy through Elliot again
Fantastic experience purchasing an investment property with Elliot and the team at Kalgoorlie Metro. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they made everything simple, stress-free, and seamless. Their local knowledge and professionalism gave me great confidence in my purchase through to there knowledge as property managers. Highly recommend to anyone looking to invest in Kalgoorlie.
Very professional with the whole process and answered all of our questions. From sign up to the settlement, it went along with no hitches and any queries were answered quickly and efficiently. Thank you.
Elliot was exceptional from appraisal to final settlement. We would highly recommend Elliot and Mel for their outstanding commitment to sell our house. Elliot showed a true understanding of the market & we had full confidence in his approach to selling. Why use the rest when you can have the best - Well done 👍
Elliot helped me out so much, always working with me if I needed to get in to measure to buy items for the house. Everything was so early to go through with him always made sure I understood everything as well. A delight to deal with.
Elliott was amazing at organising the buy of our new home. We let him know straight away we were interested and he had all the documents ready so we could make an offer. He helped us through the whole process! There were even delays with selling our old property but he made sure the owners didn’t pull out on our offer!
Extremely satisfied with Elliot’s work, could not recommend him enough. Doesn’t mess around and gets the ball rolling.
The experience selling with Ellpit was outstanding. He knows the industry well and the market. He is an excellent agent. Rare to find soneone so good.
