I rented my property through Kal metro.my house was totally neglected with thousands of dollars worth of damage that was never addressed by the property managers who were over seeing my property. I approached the owner of the business who evaded my calls until I personally attended the office. The experience has cost me thousands of dollars and lots of heart ache. I would never recommend Kal metro to anyone.
Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced , tried to get viewings to multiple properties over two weeks. I called , emailed and even went into the office in person, I left numerous messages for two seperate people that the receptionist transferred me too and I did not get one single callback. I would hate to be an owner with a property being rented through this company sitting empty as you don't have a chance to even get a viewing to make an application! Pathetic
I would not recommend Kalgoorlie Metro Property Group!!
