Great experience with buying our first home. Very professional and punctual
Elliot was fantastic, honest, open and always available to ask questions. He communicated frankly and provided guidance and support along our selling journey. From the beginning Elliot gave us the time and space to make the decisions that best suited our family without pressure or judgment. Thoroughly recommend
Selling our house with Elliott was an easy experience. From the beginning he was professional, confident and knowledgeable of the market. He kept us informed at every stage of the process and always made time to answer questions or offer honest advice. His understanding of the market resulted in a price that was above our expectations. We couldn’t have been happier with the outcome and would highly recommend Elliott to anyone looking to sell or buy property.
Elliot was awesome to deal with and very helpful
Elliot made the process straight forward and smooth for us as first home buyers. His communication from start to finish was always prompt, highly recommend!
Elliot was very honest and up front with everything and also very knowledgeable regarding the market. He kept us in the loop at all times and we highly recommend Elliot as a real estate agent.
Elliot was a big help during the sale, always kept in contact with me and was willing to help out when needed. Would definitely recommend using Elliot for buying/selling a property.
Fast response times, had the house photographed and listed within days and sold above asking price at the first home open. We are grateful for Matt's expertise of the Goldfields property market and enthusiasm to sell our home. We would use him again and have recommended him highly to friends and family. We particularly liked the write up he did for the sale, I have no doubt it helped get a number of buyers placing offers on the home.
Elliot was awesome to work with in selling our house, he came across as very knowledgeable about the local area and gave us tremendous confidence that we would be able to sell as we had already made an offer on our new house. The sale was seamless and everything went through without a hitch. We even managed to sell for above the asking price to which Elliot urged us to sell before Christmas while the property market was still hot!
