Shelby is very onto it. Our house was under offer in two days. Now sold. Thank you Shelby for all of your hard work. Everything went so smoothly.
Martina was an outstanding agent. The whole process was seamless and I would thoroughly recommend her to anyone.
Awesome work.
Elliot kept in touch with us over a period of time while we decided to go ahead with the sale which we appreciated. He had confidence in the market and put a lot of work into our appraisal. He was friendly and confident. He stayed on track, stayed positive and got the deal to settlement. A great agent to sell your property.
Elliot was fantastic to deal with, quick to respond, answered all our concerns. House was under offer within a week and he helped get us the best possible deal he could. We couldn't be happier and will absolutely be calling Elliot if we ever need his assistance again :)
Walked me through every step and made sure I understood everything that was going on and let me know about the continued support after buying the property!! Thank you Elliot!
Elliot's knowledge of the current market was spot on. The price he was able to negotiate was far above our expectations.
Elliot made the sale of our first home smooth and stress free. We were given options at every opportunity so nothing felt like we were being coerced into something we didn't want. We brought our second home through Elliot as well so I can say with full certainty that his expertise and professionalism shines at every stage. Thank you Elliot and the team.
Elliot’s knowledge of the market is very exceptional. He is very responsive, he kept us informed through the whole process and made sure we got the best outcome. Highly recommend him.
