Having Elliot to help with the sale of our house was one of the best decisions that we ever made! From the beginning, his prompt responses made the process relatively easy and simple for us. His market knowledge and understanding really surpassed our expectations and truly delivered when it matters.
Elliot provided the perfect balance of dedication & attention resulting in communication that was knowledgeable, deliberate and professional, never pressured or overwhelmed, just clear and supportive. Would confidently recommend Elliot as a skilled and trustworthy professional.
Martina did an outstanding job selling our property; secured a fantastic price within less than a week of being on the market. She is very professional to deal with, dedicated, and shown her knowledge of the market & expertise throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the outcome & with our decision to choose her over other agents. She delivered what she appraised the property for, & bit more. Thanks, Martina for going above & beyond, for making everything smooth & stress-free.
Elliot has excellent market knowledge. I found him to be approachable and professional. Elliot promptly returned calls/texts/emails. I appreciated the knowledge and enthusiasm Elliot brought to our marketing campaign- without all the fluff. He gets in and gets the job done. Would definitely appoint Elliot again and highly recommend.

We couldn’t recommend Elliot enough. He was amazing to work with, cut straight through the nonsense, didn’t fluff around, and always got right to the point without ever making us feel pressured. We aimed high, and Elliot aimed even higher… and delivered.
Elliot’s knowledge of the local mate was second to none
