Can’t fault my experience with David and the team. My new diamond studs are beautiful. I bought them at auction and wanted the posts changed to a screw backs, David was super patient and verified my GIA diamonds with the right equipment on arrival and pick up. Will not hesitate to return when I’m ready to upgrade my diamonds if I need the posts changed, or for any other jewellery matters or repairs.

I had lost the diamond from my Mother's ring and I couldn't afford a replacement diamond. I initially spoke with Mary? who recommended a lab diamond. Further correspondence was from Rachel who extremely helpful and who I saw today. Very happy with the result.
