Very friendly and helpful
Needed to have my Mondaine clock reset & repaired. My experience was fantastic from the time I dropped it off to picking up the clock. David was fab!
David and co always more than helpful. Great integrity, what you would expect but don't always get from a jeweller.
Awesome service and products
I had a pair of earrings that had a difficult ear clasp, fitted baddly and looked all wrong. I had in mind a way to change all and the jewelller did it perfectly.
Friendly, creative service from Rachael who worked out a way to repair the metal cigarette case I use as a wallet. And did it quickly.! Thank you!
Always helpful and courteous staff. Feel they are scrupulously honest so never any hesitation to leave valuable items for repair.
You cleaned and plated my three rings so beautifully that they look as good as new. The sapphire sparkles with the light reflecting from underneath.
