I only wanted a replacement battery for my Mondaine watch; I walked in, I was out again in under two minutes. I was offered some relevant suggestions about other things they could offer, but no pushy sales job. Very happy with the service. And I will go back to get a new watch band now I know where they are!!

I have a sapphire stone and want to make it a ring for my sister’s 60th birthday. I was served by Rachael who can communicate with me in my own language. She carefully wrote down my requirement and emailed me the design shortly after. The design is perfect however it was over my budget.
