Friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to talk about the stones in the earrings and the sourcing of them. Helpful in letting me try on a number of different styles. Also found out about selling old gold in old jewellery. The gentleman gave me a discount even though it was a month or so before the Black Friday sales. A caring , personal experience.

My dealings were with David. He was excellent in his customer service while matching my pearl earring. He made phone calls and managed to get some pearls for me to select in a matter of 10 minutes and told me that he would have them un the store in an hour. Service like that is rare in this time.
