This is the second time I have used I'm In The Right and once again received outstanding service. They deliver and pick up the replacement hire vehicle at a location that suits and the replacement hire vehicle is a 'like for like' vehicle. I initially went directly to the at fault insurer, NRMA, who assured me a 'like for like' hire car for my Range Rover Evoque 2023 and I was given a tiny CX3 which was totally inappropriate.
