They've taken the guess work / running around after a traumatic event, which has given myself the time to recover & sort out my next move in regards to insurance claims etc. From the time I answered their call (0845hrs), they asked what time is suitable for delivery of a vehicle, and as I was doing shift work I've asked for a 1600hrs - 1700hrs drop off, of which they delivered to my driveway at 1545hrs!
